Applying
One application per each tenant over 18 years of age.
This is determined on a case-by-case basis — credit is just one of several factors we consider. We can accept less-than-perfect credit with a security deposit higher than the minimum $500. Approval is also based on income, duration at current residence, job situation, and other relevant information.
No, co-signers are not accepted.
Yes — we can help you apply, get approved, and secure an apartment before you arrive. Here's how the process works:
- Browse available units in the Vacancies section and decide which property you'd like to apply for.
- Contact the onsite manager of your desired listing — they'll answer your questions and send you a link to the online application where you can pay the fee and upload your ID and proof of income.
- Once your application is submitted and fees are confirmed, the manager will process it and contact you with the approval results and required security deposit amount.
- After paying your deposit, you'll receive a Welcome Sheet with utility company numbers and your new address so you can set up services before you arrive.
Yes — qualified applicants can take advantage of our Low Security Deposit Special starting at $500 on approved credit.
Leasing & Move-In
We can hold an apartment for no longer than 15 days prior to your move-in date. This requires your application to be fully approved and your non-refundable deposit paid in full.
We do accept short-term leases on select apartments. The minimum lease term is 6 months. Please inquire with the onsite manager of your desired property about the rent rate premium for short-term leases.
Keys are only issued on the official move-in date stated in your lease — even if the contract was signed earlier. However, as a courtesy, the building manager may be able to let your furniture delivery company in for drop-offs. Please note: the management company is not responsible for personal belongings.
Our apartments are unfurnished. However, there are furniture rental companies in Las Vegas that can help if you need temporary or long-term furnishings.
Payments
Payment methods vary by stage:
- Application fee — cashier's check, money order, or online debit card.
- Security deposit & first month's rent — cashier's check or money order made payable to the property name.
- Ongoing monthly rent — ACH bank payment, debit card, or cash at an authorized third-party location. Contact management for details on accepted locations.
Apartment Features
All apartments include a refrigerator and stove. Select units also include a dishwasher and/or an in-unit washer and dryer. Ask the onsite manager about specific unit features when inquiring.
Pets
Yes — pets are welcome at all Skyline properties. Please note the following:
- 25 lb weight limit — no large pets are accepted.
- $250 one-time pet deposit fee required at move-in.
